With safety in mind, there are a few changes with our Tasting Experience.
Bookings are essential where possible, we welcome group bookings but we are currently limited to 10 people per group, for now.
As of 1st June, we will have a $5 ahead charge for all our seated Wine & Food Tasting Experience.

We hope to be able to have larger groups sometime in the future.
Estate Grown and processed, mixed olives.
Sourdough bread with olive oil from Lisborne Grove, Tintilla Red Wine Vinegar and Herbies Dukkah or Za'atar dipping spices.
Served with three regional Binnorie Dairy Cheeses; Brie, Cheddar and Labna with seasonal Estate made condiments.
Served with two regional Binnorie Dairy Cheeses; Brie and Cheddar along with two types of meat, Homemade terrine and Branxton butcher Meat Salami with seasonal Estate made condiments.
Up the Pacific Highway to Wahroonga and join the M1 motorway. Travel for just over one hour to the M15 Hunter Expressway and turn to the left onto M15. Continue on for 1/2hour the M15 changes to the A15 New England Hwy towards Singleton.
You will then see signs for Hermitage Rd on your Left, Turn left off the highway into Hermitage Road (about 5 minutes from Branxton exit when it turns back into the A15). You will find us 7.25km on the left-hand side, it takes a little over 1hour & 40min.
Leave Newcastle on the A15 Newcastle Link Rd to M15 Hunter Expressway towards Singleton. After the Branxton exit and about 30min Turn left off the highway into Hermitage Road (about 5 minutes from Branxton exit when it turns back into the A15).
You will find us 7.25km on the left-hand side, it takes about 40min.
